SAFETY FIRST!!! EXPERMENTS HAVE LETHIAL POTENTIOL AS WELL
AS COULD CAUSE SEROUS DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND LIFE WE ARE NOT
RESPONCEABLE FOR ANY DISTRUCTION OR LOSS OF LIFE.
HHO safety begins with education of all of the parts and
working understanding of how they are used to produce HHO
gas. HHO is a highly combustible and flammable gas that if
not treated properly will cause major damage and potential
death. Above all treat HHO Generators like you would a loaded
gun. Here is a basic overview of what safety concerns you
should look for in a HHO cell as well as devices you should
have installed to insure your safety.
HHO Generator safety
- HHO generators should have a blowback mechanism that will
release all pressure that a HHO cell might incur due to a blowback.
This mechanism will stop the pressure buildup inside of a HHO
Cell so that catastrophic failure will not Acura, turning the
cell into a bomb. A simple device like this one will insure
that if pressure is experienced inside the cell the thin plastic
membrane will blow out giving the compress expanding air inside
somewhere to go .

- Engine pvc check valve is another device that you want to
help stop the blowback if any from even getting to your cell.
Pvc Check valves can be found readily from your local
Automotive store and they range in price depending on size.
- CHECK FOR LEAKS . Not only will this cause
potential explosions but it will also cut down drastically on
the Efficiently of your cell.
- Larger is better when dealing with hoses
and barb fittings. Larger Fittings will let your cell get more
vacuumed. If you have a higher producing HHO Generator it will
give the gasses no chance of building up inside of your cell
and causing a potential explosion.
- NO GLASS HHO GENERATORS NOT EVER!!!!!! ITS
CEAP FOR A REASON !!!! It only takes a bump or a rock flying
inside your engine compartment to burt your cell. Then you have
a glass shrapnel bomb on your hands.
- Install HHO Generators close to an air
source. HHO GEnerators
heat up and moving air will help your system from exploding
as well as help in stopping your system from boiling water and
pumping that vapor into your engine

Use this along with other resources to determine your Wire think
ness requirements for developing your cell.
- Fuse it or lose it . Always use a fuse or
fuse type breaker in building your units electronic circuit
.
It will protect your circuit from frying or seating a
fire.
- Amp Gauge this handy little information is
very necessary for regulating the amps going to any HHO Generator
setup.
- PWM Pulse Wave Modulators will reduce heat
and also help in the overall production of a HHO Generator system.
They also allow you to very the amps and volts that a HHO generator
is getting from the power source.

- ON OFF SWITCH is also recommended to have
total control of when your cell is off or on. Simple Toggle
switch are easy to find as well as easy to incorporate to any
cell design
- Good Connectors used in combination with
your wire that is rated for the amps your system will be pulling.
- Basic Wire Diagram is a have to for any
HHO Project take a look at my free Wiring diagram as shown Below

This is the simple version that I use in my cell.
